Yoga is a Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, a part of which, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Participants will be welcomed with a complementary anti-anxiety shot of all natural herbs before enjoying some R&R during their session, as they utilize yoga pillows and blankets by the gentle glow of candlelight.

Perfect for clients with autoimmune disorders, anxiety, and/or physical ailments like back pains or joint aches. Clients will undergo a free 30min intake and assessment, so the instructor can determine the best course of action and cater future sessions accordingly.

Essential oils are beneficial in many ways. They could; help promote relaxation, reduce stress, and have many other healing properties. During yoga melt, a gentle yoga technique for all levels will be utilized along with the healing powers of essential oils to make sure our participants leave feeling more present in the moment, at peace and rested.
